Must have hands-on experience in one of Java/NodeJS based backends.
                                              Must have hands-on experience in database schema designs and entity relationship modeling.
                                              Must have hands-on experience in creating Data Flow Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Process Diagrams.
                                              Must have hands-on expereince in preparing technical/projects documents in Confluence and generating trasebility via Jira.
                                              Coordinate with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are in sync with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
                                              Meet, discuss and coordinate with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
                                              Prepare & present status reports by gathering, analysing and summarizing relevant information.
                                              Manage project resources well to ensure deliverable quality as well as team morale.
                                              Conduct periodic reviews with key client stakeholders to provide progress updates.
                                              Obtain customer acceptance to project deliverables and manage customer satisfaction during the period.
                                              Conduct successful project retrospectives throughout the life cycle of the project.
                                              Work with deadlines and ensure delivery with complete ownership.
